Biovalley Investments Partner SpA is an innovative SME and integrated industrial group revolutionizing the healthcare sector by combining the solidity of operational companies with the disruptive power of high-potential Deep Tech innovation.
Founded in 2016 in Trieste, the company has leveraged the rich scientific ecosystem of Trieste — where researcher density is 4 times higher than the EU/USA average — to build a unique portfolio of companies and technologies in the health sector.
Biovalley operates through two main Business Units: BioTech & Pharma, focused on biosimilar drugs, pharmaceutical robotics and orphan drugs; and BioICT, which develops medical informatics solutions and artificial intelligence for private healthcare facilities.
The company is recognized as an innovative SME under Italian law and has obtained ISO 9001 certification. The company is planning to list on Euronext Growth Paris in 2026.
