Biovalley Investments Partner S.p.A. adopted its Organization, Management and Control Model in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, and simultaneously appointed the Supervisory Body.

The Model and related documentation have been distributed to all employees and are made publicly available in order to inform all individuals who have or will have relations with the Company about the values and behaviors that CONTOSO S.p.A. recognizes, promotes, and supports.
